Returns + Exchanges

 

Please read very thoroughly before purchasing.

There are absolutely no returns or exchanges on pipes, and chillums because of they are intended for personal use and cannot be re-sold once they are in the purchaser’s hands.

There are absolutely no returns on lighters as It is unlawful to transport hazardous, flammable items by mail. Once the lighter filled with fluid, the item is ineligible for shipment. In order to determine whether or not the lighter has been filled with fluid by the purchaser, the item will have already been unlawfully transported through the mail back to One Flower Cult. One Flower Cult abides by all Federal, State, and local laws.

Returns on other, non-personal (having no mouth piece), and non- hazardous accessories such as rolling trays and ashtrays will be considered on a case by case basis.

If you have read everything above and still believe your return is eligible according to One Flower Cult’s Return Policy, please send an email to *********** as much detailed information as well as photos. You will be sent a form to fill out and include with your return. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and the shipping will be deducted from your final refund.

Please do not send your purchase back to the vendor as they are not responsible for the return of your item and will not be able to assist in refunding your purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit, minus return shipping, will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days. If your refund is rejected, the item will shipped back to you and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping. We do our best to communicate with the our customers before an item is shipped back to us to prevent further expense by having to mail back and collect shipping on ineligible returns.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank or credit card company on their refund processing policies and procedures. It may take a few days before your refund is officially posted to your account.

All sale items are Final Sale.

Damaged or defective items

All items are carefully inspected and wrapped by One Flower Cult before shipping out. If you think you have received a damaged or defective item, please send and email with photos included to oneflowercult@gmail within 48 Hours of receiving your package.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You will receive notification in the mail within 5-7 business days with a tracking number so you can track your package.
